Challenges to Government Conduct

Many of my cases, at both the trial and appellate level, involve challenges to government conduct (usually state or local) in some form or another. I personally am trying to move the direction of law—through both cases and articles—to allow challengers greater opportunity to utilize the antitrust laws against state and local governments, when the government itself is harming competition.

But I am excited to challenge government conduct of all forms and in all ways. Many of my amicus briefs support such challenges, particularly related to property rights and economic liberty.
